"Mr Smith and his State Farm Team were called immediately after I got the call Friday morning that our rental property possibly had been completely destroyed by fire. Upon arriving an hour away, and arriving on the scene, it was exactly as reported - completely destroyed. I sent Mr Smith photos of the scene and immediately he had a claim into State Farm, and we began the process that Friday by noon. On Monday morning, everything was in place and settled by the State Farm adjuster, and we were pleased by the efficiency of everything that had taken place by 10:30. Mr Smith, Mr Lauber and Mr Lee had everything in place and our claim ready for us to get to the next level for the rebuild. Thank you Mr Smith for your professionalism, service and how you helped us during a most difficult time of our life. We appreciate you!"
